OUR CLUB OBJECTIVES FOR 24/25

In addition to the playing objectives of each individual team, as a club we need to progress and work on doing certain things better. Each year there are objectives driven by parent, player and coaching team feedback. For the coming season these are:

• To improve engagement levels with Parents.
• To improve the consistency of coaching levels across the teams and age groups.
• To review and improve our playing structure from early development, through junior football and then to pathways into the adult game.
• To increase the number of key volunteers at the club.
• To increase the number of 3G facilities available for training and match days.
• To heighten the profile of the club both digitally and physically within the community.
• To increase sponsorship and improve the offerings to sponsors.
